Onyxia could not help but to feel drawn to this woman. Perhaps it was because she was older, even if slightly, but more so her nature. She was wise, mysterious, she held something that not a lot of others could. Not an open book, but not so worried about what the world thought of her. A criminal she now knew, it was close to staring at herself in a mirror, but there was so much more to learn about her. "You are strong natured," not a bad judgement in the very least, "and I get the feeling not a lot of others would dare cross you." Though she knew little to nothing about her company her vibe was strong, a force to be reckoned with. "I'm a criminal too," with a lot more to learn, but her belt was rather heavy. Ony wouldn't have considered herself like many others, however. She did not steal from those who were less fortunate, much like herself, and often she only stole the things she really needed. Why was there a price tag on the items that were needed to survive? The world wanted to see them all burn and damn them to hell.
"What is your judgement?" She asked knowing that the very state of their home was not in a good balance at all. Something stirred, she could feel it, but she wasn't sure what it was yet. There was a darkness looming, she heard rumors of the King often as well as his blind servants. She couldn't imagine following someone else's calls, being told to jump and doing it without question. They were zombies, all of them. |
The exhaustion deepened, thickened like lead in the woman’s bones. She enjoyed the younger female’s company, but Diptheria demanded rest. As alike as they were, Yvaine didn’t want to sleep in front of the fire heart just yet. But she could not deny the prick of a grin at the corner of her lips. Onyxia’s assessment was perceptive…and accurate. With an amused glint in her tired eyes, the witch drew a deep, steadying breath. Then she purred:
With that, the banduri witch stood. It took a great deal of effort, and her tail waved slowly as she measured her balance. With one, promising wink over her shoulder, Yvaine turned to go. If the Goddesses were kind, this would not be the last time two criminals would meet. @Onyxia ooc. Fin? That way we can start a newer thread with them sometime. >:) |
Onyxia's fiery gaze held Yvaine's as she spoke, every word that dripped from her lips made more and more sense. She knew they were both on the same page, they both viewed the same and with that the girl found herself more drawn to the mysterious woman. "Yes," it was all she could say, her mind wrapping around what she was left with as she watched the woman stand and dismiss herself. Onyxia didn't leave right away, instead she lost herself in her own thoughts sure that she was going to look for her again. She wanted the chaos, she wanted to add fuel to the fire. She wanted to see the world burn with the royals, she wanted the unfairness to end. "Yes..." It sounded good on paper, but when the time came would she be ready? She turned in the opposite direction and would head to her makeshift den for the night. What she really wanted was a secure place to rest her head every night, surrounded by those who genuinely cared for her. |
