This was different from the woods she had been hiding in since her arrival into this land, but change occasionally sparked something in her so perhaps that would happen now. It was risky trying to force the memories, but Brynn wasn't as worried about it as she should be. Her desire to remember her life before was overriding her sense of self-preservation. Each night herbs had to be consumed for the woman to even be calm enough to sleep because the obsession was becoming strong. Brynn knew that sooner than later she would need to take a break, she would need to set this obsession aside and just let nature take its course.

The lesson was easier said than done. Though nothing here brought the memories to the surface, it still prompted more from her than anywhere else had. There had been so many almost memories. If she could just trigger the right moment maybe it would all come flooding back and she would be able to remember everything that was. Would pain come with finally remembering? Had she left someone behind? Was she well and truly alone? An annoyed snort cleared her mind for a moment, but the woman knew it wouldn't be long before she circled back.

Signs of flooding were present though it didn't seem like the flooding was too recent. This was a place that needed caution, not paying attention here could cost her her life.
