The Harbor comprises a small but robust marketplace. This is not a land of plenty, but citizens make the best of it here. Familiar faces are often seen lining the streets, selling the same odds and ends and household goods day after day. Some more mysterious folk will hawk wares of a different sort: charms, trinkets, talismans to ward against evil, to protect those in need.
