Skovde

Skovde serves as the seat of the governing Cabinet of the nation. Set on a slight hill, the grass mound is covered in flowers and ground-crawling foliage. Large, jagged stone pillars surround the mound, and within its center is a platform made of a fallen stone slab. It is here that the Head, the Hand, and the Heart will make proclamations, hold public debates, and generally govern the citizens. This is a town hall or public showroom; the Cabinet tends to live elsewhere, usually in Osthammar, and there is little traffic here unless there is a previously-scheduled event or meeting.
